The 1.5 TSI 150 petrol is our pick of the range. It deals with heavier loads and faster open roads more ably than the 1.0 TSI thanks to a very useful 148bhp and even greater low-rev urgency
Poor build due to water ingress from a seam not sealed properly from factory. Only had this car from Oct 2020 and on the 4th November 2022 it broke down. Electrics failure prevented the car from starting with only opening back doors and boot. It was transported to a Skoda dealer, and this is their findings.
The Karoq, on the other hand, has a boxier design which makes the model look a little more outdated than its rival. Skoda‘s flagship SUV does offer a slight facelift from previous models. A lower roofline has been included to try and rid the Karoq of the ‘box-like’ design, however it pales in comparison to the impressive Sportage.
